About

Who I am and how I think about infrastructure.

Results-driven information technology systems engineer with 10+ years of experience across Windows, Linux, and hybrid environments installing and troubleshooting software and hardware across servers and end-user devices. Experienced in developing custom applications and IT automation tools, with strong communication skills for delivering effective technical training and team presentations.

Over the years I have worked across different environments – from on-premise infrastructure to cloud-backed hybrid setups – always with the same objective: create systems that are predictable, observable, and easy to operate. I care about proper configuration, least-privilege access, secure defaults, and good documentation, not just “getting it to work once”.

I’m comfortable acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical people: translating requirements into concrete technical work, and then explaining the impact and trade-offs in clear language that leadership and end-users can understand.

Core strengths

  • Designing and operating Windows & Linux server environments.
  • Automating repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual effort and risk.
  • Diagnosing complex issues methodically instead of relying on trial-and-error.
  • Writing clear documentation and delivering focused technical training.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing priorities.

If you need someone to bring structure, reliability, and discipline to your infrastructure and IT operations, I can help.
